about

Chelsea earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion and Psychology from Keene State College and her Master of Social Work from Salem State University in 2017. She began her journey fueled by a passion for play therapy and a dedication to supporting children. Before establishing her own practice, Chelsea gained invaluable experience in community mental health, which provided her with a strong foundation for her therapeutic work.

In 2020, she earned her national certification in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which further solidified her expertise. She also completed EMDR Basic Training and Internal Family Systems training in 2023. Chelsea graduated from the Tao of Trauma program in Spring of 2024 and secured 70 continuing education credits through the New Hampshire and Vermont Board of Social Workers. This initiative action step created a new pathway for social workers to access holistic training.

Chelsea utilizes a specialized and integrative mind-body approach when working with clients, particularly focusing on autoimmune and histamine issues. She practices an alternative form of medicine cultivated from nearly a decade of personal experience, formal education, and informed support. Having her own autoimmune condition, Chelsea understands the relationship between mental health, trauma, and autoimmune discomfort. She is dedicated to improving the quality of life for adults who struggle with these challenges.

Through her business, Chelsea gives back to the community, knowing firsthand what it feels like to need something specific while being unable to express, identify, or receive exactly what it is needed. When she is not working, Chelsea can be found playing softball, reading short stories, admiring beauty, and aligning with nature.
